Ordered from Bella a handful of times, if that, and so far it's been consistently good. Very little in the way of grease with kebab meat which is a big deal for me, but the chicken was a little dry. Can't really complain though, food always delivered either on time or early (as was the case with this order) and my daughter absolutely loves their spicy and chilli nachos (so do I when I pinch a few). Definitely ordering from Bella again.

Food was great but despite there being a sign on the door saying do NOT ring the doorbell as a newborn baby is sleeping. The driver decided to ring the doorbell 3 times waking the baby up.

Ordered food given eta . 20 mins after eta I rang for update to be told that only received my order 15 mins prior to my call despite my email confirming order and time The owner was abrupt on phone . 1.5 hours after order put in received call from delivery to ask where I lived and they were sent to wrong place 4 miles away from Alnwick. Terrible service

Was charged for 2 x 1.5 ltr bottles of pop ( 1 Fanta, 1 diet coke) And received cans instead ( 1 can of each), food was quite doughy like it wasn't cooked long enough and rather greasy.
